A certain someone may end up with socks out of this. If I ever get to them. As you know my list is long. Maybe a Christmas gift. 

Sangria Lace Weight

Just got this in the mail today! Lace Weight Yarn that yes, will become a scarf - BUT a cool lacy scarf. Died in the Sangria colorway: orange and wine.

Two at once

 

Here are my two at once socks on one magic loop. I got the yarn in Ipswich, MA. While eating fried clams, there happened to be a yarn shop next door. Since I can't turn down different sock yarn, I got this skein. They are going to be truly wild socks! 

the rule of four.

When the knitting magic is happening, one should have at least four projects on the fire. Currently, my four are socks for niece (one done, one yet to start), socks for me (two at a time, yet to turn heel), cable bag (just started), and my first sweater to be started at the end of this month.

Current stash: yarn for three pairs of socks, baby yarn for niece gifts (made a poncho, but I'm just not sure), and random wool left over from Dad hat making.
