Dudes. I'm almost done. This is all that remains:
- 15 discussion comments
- one 2-3 page paper
- one quiz
- one final
As of noon on Wednesday, April 23rd I will be free for approximately four weeks.
I NEED YOUR HELP!
What do I knit? I need ideas people.
I need two projects. One that is suitable for knitting on the beach (no-brainer, not wool) and one something I can wear (a summer something).
Ready, set, GO! Bring forth ideas.
Yes. I said beach as in a real beach.
As in crystal clear, warm, white sand, this-ain't-the-Cape beach.

There's always a pair of cotton socks! Small and portable.
Maybe a Panda Cotton (which is a cotton, bamboo, nylon blend) or even a REGIA Ringel Sock Yarn - Cotton/Wool blend.
A cotton cardigan, maybe with a lace panel?
Um
Okay let me get this straight.
You're taking a vacation that does not include fly fishing, Ohio, or a wedding??
WEIRDO!
How about the Everlasting Bagstopper from Knitty. Light, portable, quick and when it's done you can use it to carry things to the beach!
How about this? http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sunflower-shell
I took the book out from the library a few weeks ago--but really I will not be making it anytime soon, so I took it back. It's smallish, it's cotton (but thin cotton, not so tough on the hands), and you can wear it all summer.
Do you like any of the cardigans in the spring Interweave? I think the Printed Silk cardi is gorgeous, but the gauge might be a bit fine for your time constraints.
