The Shade Garden

We've got a corner in our yard that gets very little sun. No grass will grow. It was kind of the barren wasteland of our yard. This spring we got the idea to forget the grass and put in a shade bed.




We are lucky enough to have plenty of hostas on the property. We transplanted the entire back corner and only bought a few plants. Among them this columbine:

This was not a night shot. It's that shady.
