That crochet bag... ta da:
Done. This bag will see a lot of action. It's pretty much perfect.Just the size I like, just the right handle length.
Isn't single crochet pretty?
Pretty, but it's still boring.I haven't worked on this in awhile, but here's a pic of the green felted bag:

It may not resemble it at all, but I promise you this is a Coachella:
There is lots of gearing up around here. This morning included a trip to Rivers Edge and Target. Pretty excited about this:
There was lots of trying on, inspecting, cinching, tugging, zipping, unzipping and contemplating. It came down to two packs. The above won. Because I know Brewer will want to know, it's a Fishpond Dragonfly. The deciding factor you ask? Could I fit all my tackle AND snacks? Fishing without snacks is not something I'm willing to do. I was not convinced the other would get the job done. The above has room for tackle and a pb&j or two. Sold. Hubby also pointed out that this one sits lower, allowing for more "boob-room." (Yes, that is a technical fishing term.)
I think I could fit a sock in progress in there along with my tackle, don't you?
More gear pics to come. I know you're antsy to see my fishing gear. ;)

Yeah for Dishrag Team 15!
Room for boobs AND pb&j. I can understand why this particular pack won.
Have a wonderful, safe, memorable vacation, Mrs. McGillicutty!!
I so understand the need for appropriate boob room. Just puchased an AmeriBag. Pink microfiber Xsmall. Fits perfect and the strap is just the right length. I can wear it on the shoulder or across my chest.
Have a wonderful vacay! Haddy's Mom
Enjoy your vacation and welcome to Team 15 in the Dish Rag Tag. I love the Hedgehog.
Oh yes boob room is VERY important, let alone room for sock knitting & snacks. In fact, I would opt for the sock yarn if I didn't have room for both. ;-)
